Pricing and Payment
In-office sessions can be paid directly after the session.
You may pay:
- in cash (in SFR) or
- with Twint.
Hypnotherapy is not (yet) covered by a statutory health insurance scheme.
After your payment, I will send you a receipt.
For online sessions, I kindly ask for payment in advance. As soon as I have received the payment, we can start.

Flat rate for travel to home visits
For clients who are not able to come to my office, I offer home visits. Travel time (outside Walchwil) around Lake Zug is billed between SFR 70-90. Call or email me for details.

The fine print
Cancellations / Rescheduling (by phone, e-mail or voice mail):
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can cancel or reschedule it free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. You will, of course, receive a 100% refund of the deposit for your online appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% according to the agreement.
If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged SFR 70 rescheduling fee per occurrence.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the fee for your session.
For programs for companies (in Switzerland and abroad) the agreed cancellation conditions will apply.
